Abstract
The article presents results of empirical research that focused on premise that experts’ opinions on reverse flows-related managerial issues differ from opinions of non-expert managers, because of their lesser knowledge and experience with reverse flows. The second presented outcomes concern the question how does the management of reverse flows differ among companies that reprocess packaging, returned products and waste mainly.
