Cílem našeho příspěvku je přiblížit možnosti psychoterapeutické skupinové práce s populací adolescentů. Teoretická část se věnuje relevantním charakteristikám období dospívání a současně se zabývá vhodností využití skupinových terapeutických intervencí a jejich specifiky v rámci práce s touto populací. Následuje popis konkrétní intervence ověřené v praxi, zaměřené na nácvik poskytování zpětné vazby, která však rozvíjí i další psychosociální kompetence. V závěru práce je popsáno další využití této techniky, její limity i možná rizika.

The aim of our paper is to outline possibilities of the group psychotherapy with adolescent population. In theoretical part, the paper deals with relevant characteristics of the adolescence stage along with applicability of group therapeutic interventions and specifics in the work with this population. Then it describes a particular example of intervention aimed to practise of providing feedback and developing further psychosocial skills. Conclusion deals with additional applications of this technique, its limits and potential risks.
