Abstract |
---|
Mutant of Aleuria aurantia lectin with increased affinity towards 1-6 bound fucose was prepared. We prepared protein crystals and collected high quality data. Solved structure revealed the principal of the binding, shading the light upon variability of lectin binding sites. |
