Die offizielle Doktrin des Sozialistischen Realismus, von der Sowjetunion übernommen, markiert einen erheblichen Rückschlag in der Nachkriegszeit Entwicklung. Aus ihrer Sicht war elektroakustische Musik sehr verdächtig, als eine autonome Bewegung in Opposition zur offiziellen Doktrin. Und als solche verfolgt wurde. Diese nachteilige Veränderung nicht nur beschränkt und verzögert den Empfang von aktuellen Trends in der europäischen Musik, einschließlich elektroakustische Musik, sondern auch behindert ihre Anwendung in der Praxis. Die politische Isolation der Tschechoslowakei produziert eine gewisse Skepsis gegenüber sogar die bloße Annahme von Neuheiten aus Darmstadt, Paris oder Köln. Und Einflüsse wurden nicht direkt von diesen Orten, sondern aus zweiter Hand (zum Beispiel durch den Warschauer Herbst (Warszawska Jesien), im Jahr 1956 gegründet, die das einzige Festival der Neuen Musik im Ostblock war) abgeleitet. Die wichtigsten Impulse für die Gründung elektronischen Musikstudios in der Tschechoslowakei kam auf halbem Weg durch den 1960er Jahren mit einem Seminar für Elektronische Musik an den Tschechoslowakischen Rundfunk Studios in Pilsen im Jahre 1964 statt, und vor allem eine Leistung der Groupe de Recherches Musicales in Prag im Jahr 1966. Die Aktivität der tschechischen und slowakischen Komponisten elektroakustischer Musik um 1970 ihren Höhepunkt, kurz bevor sie politisch unterdrückt wurde. Und eine zweite bedeutende Welle des Interesses von Komponisten in der elektroakustischen Musik kam überraschend im Jahr 1992, zu der Zeit, als die Tschechoslowakei aufgeteilt in zwei getrennte Staaten. Auf Grund dieser Tatsachen müssen wir überlegen, Politik maßgeblich an der Entwicklung der elektroakustischen Musik in der Tschechoslowakei entscheidender haben. ER -
