Abstract

Organizace (uspořádání) a řízení cestovního ruchu v České republice je s blížícím se koncem programového období 2007–2013 stále aktuálnějším tématem. Příspěvek se proto zaměřuje na vývoj spolupráce a organizace cestovního ruchu v České republice a tento konfrontuje se zkušenostmi z turisticky vyspělých destinací (alpských regionů). Výstupem je identifikace problémů a nalezení jejich řešení pro případ ČR. Současně příspěvek hodnotí aktivitu politiky cestovního ruchu v České republice. Hodnoceno je naplňování stanovených priorit a opatření uvedených v základním koncepčním dokumentu politiky cestovníh ruchu. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou stanovena doporučení, která by měla vést ke zefektivnění politiky cestovního ruchu ČR. Závěrem jsou přiblíženy změny, které by nastaly přijetím zákona o podpoře rozvoje cestovního ruchu v ČR.

Abstract (in English)

Concerning the approaching end of the programming period 2007–2013 the organization and management of tourism in the Czech Republic is more and more discussed issue. Therefore, the contribution is focused on the cooperation and organization of tourism in the Czech Republic and its development that is compared with the experience of tourist developed destinations (the Alpine regions). The aim of the comparison is the identification of problems and finding their solutions for the case of the Czech Republic. Moreover, the paper evaluates the Czech tourism policy performance on the basis of the conceptual document that sets priorities and measures of tourism policy. These outcomes stand for suggestions how to perform tourism policy efficiently and effectively. Finally, the contribution presents the changes that can occur when the tourism development support law is passed.
