Abstract
Diurnal measurements of photosynthetic processes, effective quantum yield of photosystem II (Yield PSII), photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) were done in three dominant species of Arctic tundra (Silene acaulis, Dryas octopetala, Salix polaris) in Petunia bukta, Spitsbergen. Daily courses of net photosynthesis (PN) were calculated from chlorophyll fluorescence data and daily photosynthesis evaluated. The short term field measurements were carried out in summer 2009, and 2010. Fluorometric parameters (Yield of PSII and ETR) were measured each 5 minutes as well as microclimate characteristics of the site for 10 (2009) and 8 days (2010), respectively. In all species photosynthetic ETR was well related to incident photosynthetically active radiation and leaf temperature.
Abstract (in Czech)
Denní měření chodů fotosyntetických procesů, efektivního kvantového výtěžku fotosystému II (PSII Yield), rychlost elektronového transportu (ETRbyly měřeny na třech dominantních druzích arktické tundry (Silene acaulis, Dryas octopetala, Salix polaris) v zátoce Petunie, Špicberky. Denní chody čisté fotosyntézy (PN) byly vypočteny z dat Fluorescence chlorofylu vypočten denní úhrn fotosyntézy.Krátkodobá terénní měření, byla uskutečněna v létě 2009, a 2010. Fluorometric parametry (YieldPSII a ETR) byly měřeny každých 5 minut, stejně jako mikroklimatické charakteristiky místa.
