Cílem kapitoly je představit vnímání finančního práva ve státech visegrádské skupiny. Kapitola obsahuje rozdílnosti v chápání předmětu finančního práva a možnosti jeho diverzifikace s použitím tohoto kritéria.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of this chapter is to present the perception of the financial law in the states of the Visegrad group. The chapter contains differences in understanding of the subject of financial law and the possibilities of its diversification using this criterion.
