Abstract

Irena a Nikos Armutidisovi vystavují společně, i když pracují v odlišných výtvarných odvětvích. Prezentují své práce sochařské a fotografické, i když ty na první pohled nemají nic společného. Přesto se ale určitým způsobem doplňují. Tím, co je spojuje, je geometrizace krajiny, případně geometrizace materiálu. Od takového prvního přiblížení k tématu výstavy se můžeme dále dostat sledováním individuálních cest obou tvůrců prostřednictvím dvou termínů „stereometrie objektu“ a „linie a světlo v krajině“.

Abstract (in English)

Irena and Nikos Armutidis exhibit together, even though they are working in different creative sectors. Present sculptural and photographic works, even though at first glance have nothing in common, are in some way complementary. One thing, which unites them, is the geometrization of the landscape or geometrization of the material. By such a first approximation to the theme of the exhibition, we can get further monitoring of paths of both artists through the terms "stereometry of object" and "the lines and the light in the landscape."
