The article deals with the attitudes of parents to a sexuality of their adult children with mental disability. In sex education is the family the main source of guidance, pattern and relationship. Cooperation between school and family is based on law. Rights and obligations of school and guardian are defined in relation to a pupil. People with mental disability have aspecifics in this sphere. The researc specify the basic cathegories from the sphere of sexuality. It is processed with help of qualitative research based on depth interviews with parents of children with mental disability.
