Abstract
Bohnovy noduly řadíme mezi vývojové cysty novorozenců. Pacientovi nezpůsobují žádné obtíže, nevyžadují terapii, ale často jsou příčinou obav rodičů z vážné diagnózy. V práci jsou uvedeny dvě kazuistiky: 18 – denního novorozence a 6 – měsíčního kojence, kteří byli vyšetřeni na Stomatologické klinice FN u sv. Anny v Brně pro přítomnost bělavých uzlíků na vestibulární ploše horního alveolárního výběžku.

Abstract

Bohnovy noduly řadíme mezi vývojové cysty novorozenců. Pacientovi nezpůsobují žádné obtíže, nevyžadují terapii, ale často jsou příčinou obav rodičů z vážné diagnózy. V práci jsou uvedeny dvě kazuistiky: 18 – denního novorozence a 6 – měsíčního kojence, kteří byli vyšetřeni na Stomatologické klinice FN u sv. Anny v Brně pro přítomnost bělavých uzlíků na vestibulární ploše horního alveolárního výběžku.

Abstract (in English)
Bohn’s nodules are developmental cysts of the newborn. They are felt to be asymptomatic and generally no treatment is necessary but parents often fear that the child has a serious disease. This case study presents the occurrence of Bohn’s nodules in the 18-day-old newborn and 6-month-old infant. Both children were referred to the Stomatological Clinic, St. Anne’s Faculty Hospital in Brno because of the presence of whitish nodules (elevations) localized in the vestibular area of maxillary alveolar process.
