Abstract
Impulsivní a hyperaktivní chování souvisí s dysfunkcí centrální serotoninové aktivity a výsledky nedávných studií uvádějí možný vztah mezi polymorfismy genu pro serotoninový přenašeč (SLC6A4) a hyperkinetickou poruchou ADHD.

Impulsive and hyperactive behavior is related to a central serotonin dysfunction and the results of recent studies indicate the possible relationship between polymorphisms of the serotonin transporter gene (SLC6A4) and hyperkinetic disorder ADHD.
