Abstract

Lidé s postižením a znevýhodněním mají obtíže při volbě budoucího povolání i následném začlenění na trh práce. Tento workshop byl věnován aktuální situaci a poradenství v těchto oblastech s prezentací a diskusí dílčích výsledků výzkumů odborníků z České republiky a Rakouska.

Abstract (in English)

Individuals with disabilities and disadvantages have problems in the choosing the future occupation and in the integration to the labour market afterwards. This workshop was focused on current situation and counselling in these fields with presentation and discussion the part results of researches of experts from the Czech Republic and Austria.
