Abstract
Studie se zabývá možnou asociací mezi haplotypy polymorfismů STAT 6, astmatem a hladinou IgE. Následně byl posuzován rozdíl distribuce haplotypů u pacientů vzhledem k rodičovskému původu.
Abstract (in English)
The study investigated possible association of haplotypes of STAT6 with asthma and IgE level. Difference in parental origin of haplotypes in groups of patients with asthma was subsequently evaluated.
