The study compares the thermic effect of a meal at rest after ingestion of high-maltodextrin and high-protein meals. Indirect calorimetry was used.

Práce srovnává termický vliv dvou testovacích pokrmů o různém složení(maltodextrin, bílkoviny). Použita byla metoda nepřímé kalorimetrie.
