Abstract

Im vorliegenden Artikel stellen wir Überlegung zum Thema „Popsongs im DaF-Unterricht“ an und bemühen uns, einige praktische Anleitungen zu geben. Nachdem wir gezeigt haben, wie Popsongs als Quelle für zusätzliche landeskundliche Information dienen können und außerdem die Lerner auch emotional ansprechen, wird auf Auswahlkriterien für Popsongs eingegangen sowie eine Liste von ausgewählten Popsongs der dt. Popmusikszene vorgestellt. Anschließend werden methodisch-didaktische Konsequenzen für den Unterricht mit Popsongs diskutiert, die im Rahmen einiger Forschungen festgestellt wurden. Schließlich werden die Erkenntnisse, dass Popsongs ein großes motivatorisches und kognitionspsychologisches Potential für den Fremdsprachenunterricht haben, zusammengefasst. Der Text richtet sich vor allem an interessierte Praktiker.

Abstract (in Czech)

V tomto článku jsme se zamýšleli nad možnostmi využití populráních písní v cizojazyčné výuce. Pokusili jsme se formulovat také nějaké pokyny pro praxi. Příspěvek se věnuje úvahám a zohledňuje výsledky výzkumů na téma, jak mohou písně rozvíjet jazykové dovednosti a znalosti a také rozšiřovat interkulturní kompetenci.Text se zaměřuje především na praktické využití písní populární hudby a videosekvencí, které mohou podpořit porozumění a přinášejí vizuální impulsy.

Abstract (in English)

In this article we think about pop songs in a foreign language teaching and try to give some practical instructions, how to use songs. After showing that pop songs can be a source of additional information and address the learner emotionally ,which show also results of research, is discussed selection criteria for pop songs and presented a list of selected songs of the German pop music scene. Then, methodological and pedagogical implications for the teaching of pop songs are discussed. The text is primarily aimed at practitioners interested.
