Kapitola se zabývá problematikou přístupů učitelů ke vzdělávání nadaných žáků a současně se též dotýká v této souvislosti mravní dimenze učitelské profese, poukazujíc na některé etické aspekty práce učitele. Uvádí též některé etické aspekty práce učitele se žáky se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami. V kapitole jsou též shrnuty výsledky výzkumu vztahu učitelů k nadaným žákům.

The chapter deals with approaches to training teachers of gifted students, while also touching in this context, the moral dimension of the teaching profession, pointing out some of the ethical aspects of the work of teachers. They shall also mention some of the ethical aspects of teachers work with pupils with special educational needs.In the chapter the results of the research teachers of gifted pupils is presented.
