Abstract

Článek analyzuje změny v sídelním a regionálním systému Česka v letech 1991-2011 na základě hodnocení rozmístění obyvatelstva. Nejdříve je sledován populační růst a úbytek ve 260 pracovních mikroregionech a funkčních městských regionech. Druhá část článku je věnována trajektoriím vnitřního rozvoje mikroregionů na základě hodnocení populačních změn jejich tří základních územních částí, tj. jádra, suburbánní zóny a periferní části regionu. Článek pak hodnotí sídelní a regionální systém Česka z hlediska výskytu a zastoupení procesů urbanizace, suburbanizace a desurbanizace v mikroregionech.

Abstract (in English)

Based on an assessment of population allocation the article analyzes changes in urban and regional system of Czechia in 1991-2011. First, population growth and decline is studied in 260 labor micro-regions and functional urban regions. The second part of the article is devoted to trajectories of internal development within micro-regions. The article evaluates population changes in three basic territorial parts of micro-regions, in their cores, suburban zones and peripheral parts. Urban and regional system of Czechia is assessed according to the presence of processes of urbanization, suburbanization and desurbanization in all micro-regions.
