The results on plasma treatment of low=carbon sheets bz Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge are reported.It was observed significant increase of the surface free energz. A detailed studz using the XPS technique was done to evakuate the changes in the surface that resulted after the plasma modifications and following aging effect of the surface wettability.
