Abstract
"Law and literature" represents a field that is becoming increasingly significant for the study of legal argumentation and methodology. Although this field is more established in the United States where methods of persuasion in legal argumentation enjoy more prominence, it is impossible to deny its growing importance in Europe. Thus the workshop entitled "Law and Literature" formed a special part of the ARGUMENTATION 2012 conference.
