Abstract

Riziko, specielně v podobě finančního rizika, je v současnosti jedním z "velkých témat" finančního řízení podniků. Naléhavost, s jakou se riziko a nutnost jeho řízení projevuje v reálném podnikání i v ekonomické teorii by měla implikovat, že je tento pojem jednotně vnímán, chápán a pojmenován. Realita tomuto předpokladu zcela neodpovídá, přičemž se jako až překvapivě vlivné ukazují ideové importy z anglosaské oblasti. Příspěvek usiluje o zvýšení jednoznačnosti definice pojmu riziko, přičemž sleduje sblížení stanovisek teorie a praxe.

Abstract (in English)

Risk, especially financial risk is nowaydays one of the „great issues“ of financial management of the firms. The imortance of this phenomenon means, that i tis necessary to perceive it uniformly. The reality is different, partially by intellectual imports from anglo-saxon area. The article is dealing with problem of explicit (unambiguous) definition of the risk in terms of terminus technicus with respekt to the opinions both economic theory and practice.
