Abstract

Workshop byl koncipován formou panelové diskuze s počátečním vystoupením JUDr. Schlossbergera a byl věnován následujícím otázkám: - platební služby v Evropské unii po transpozici směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2007/64/ES ze dne 13. listopadu 2007 o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu a po transpozici směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2009/110/ES ze dne 16. září 2009 o přístupu k činnosti institucí elektronických peněz - harmonizace platebních služeb, - specifika platebních služeb na internetu a platebních služeb užívajících další informační a komunikační technologie v ČR i v zahraničí. Byly v něm zahrnuty novinky v právní regulaci do dubna 2012. Realizováno v rámci projektu European Union Regulation of Financial Services online (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO).

Abstract (in English)

Workshop had a form of a presentation by Dr. Schlossberger and following panel discussion. It was aimed at: - payment services regulation in the European Union after the transposition of the Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market and after the transposition of the Directive 2009/110/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on the taking up, pursuit and prudential supervision of the business of electronic money institutions, - harmonization of payment services, - specifics of online payment services and payment services using other ICT in the Czech republic and abroad. It included the new regulation as of April 2012. Organized as a part of the European Union Regulation of Financial Services online project (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO).
