Abstract

Cílem studie bylo zjistit rozdíly v krátkodobé regulaci krevního tlaku a parametrů určujících stav cévní stěny u mladých diabetiků a zdravých jedinců neinvazivními metodami. Studie ukázala, že již v prvních letech od vzniku nemoci jsou přítomny významné rozdíly v tuhosti cévní stěny a krátkodobé regulaci krevního tlaku u mladých diabetiků ve srovnání se zdravými jedinci odpovídajícího věku.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of study was to detect changes in short-time regulation of blood pressure and parametres of vascular wall conditions in young patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 with non-invasive methods. Results of our study show, that in the short time from the beginnig of the disease, there are decectable significant changes in subclinical level of the vasal compliance and short-time regulation of blood pressure compared to healthy control of the same age.
