Abstract
Abstract (in English)
Our group consisted of patients who received controlled training in a Brno - Bohunice hospital. The training was conducted 3 times a week for 2 months. All patients in our study had myocardial infarction and were treated by PTCA. The time from the end of training was 12 to 24 months. The group consisted of 53 respondents . We took into account only those who said that they train more times a week and with professional supervision at specific location. We decided so based on the unlikely high percentage of regular trained patients. We have audited reported proficiency of training. Here are more relevant result 54.72%, by these criteria. We can assume that controlled training contributes significantly to the identification of appropriate physical activities in patients lives. Given the results of surveys of patients with heart failure who did not attended such training (studies indicate that about 20% of patients after myocardial infarction trains regularly).
