Abstract
CytoPacq v2.0 is nontrivial extension of CytoPacq toolkit developed in 2009. Newly, the distribution of cell nuclei within the specimen can be controlled by the user. The phenomenon called uneven illumination is now based on extensive experimental measurements. The computational kernel, which is located on server-side, is now more robust and offer better communication user interface. Namely, the user is notified via e-mail if something important happens (simulation failure, simulation completed, waiting for user input). Moreover, the user can interrupt the computation. The application also offers sample large pre-generated image dataset (68 GB) which is free to use.
