Anotace
Correlations between values of components of subjective psychological experiences and states of 26 football referees before the match and after the match were explored using factor analysis. Temperament of referees was also assessed and included into this analysis. For evaluation of subjective psychological experiences and states the standardised questionnaire SUPSO was used. The questionnaire was filled in twice: before the match and immediately after the match. Ratio of predominant temperament components was evaluated using standardised Belov temperament test. Three most important factors were described. First and second factor proved to be consequences of temperament of referees, but the third factor perfectly separated all SUPSO components evaluated just before the match from those evaluated immediately after the match. The ability to manage psychological load connected to the supervised match is probably determined partially by mental state of football referees before the match. Pre-match preparation should therefore focus more on regulating the referees actual mental state.
