Abstract

Předložená studie se zabývá dlouhodobým sledováním dolních končetin bezkontaktní termografií, tedy vývojem rozložení povrchové teploty v čase u pacienta s diabetem. ICHDK a diabetická neuropatie mohou ovlivnit teplotu pozorovaných končetin a postupně klesající kvalitu jejich prokrvení. Pozorovaný časový vývoj naměřených teplot na dolních končetinách a později následný výskyt ulcerace na levém palci DK pacienta, ukazuje určitou možnost včasné predikce vývoje SDN pomocí termografických metod.

Abstract (in English)

The present study examines the long-term monitoring of the lower limbs by non-contact thermography. The value of surface temperature at the time by the patient with diabetes. PAD and diabetic neuropathy can affect the temperature of the observed limb and gradually decreasing the quality of blood supply. The observed time evolution of the measured temperatures in the lower extremities and later subsequent incidence of ulceration on his left thumb DK patient shows a possibility of early prediction of SDN using thermographic methods.
