Abstract

Příspěvek je věnován výsledkům standardizace dotazníku QTI (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction) pro II. stupeň českých základních škol. Dotazník bude sloužit jako screeningová metoda pro zjišťování interakčního stylu učitelů základních škol. Popisu standardizace předchází krátké shrnutí teoretických a metodologických východisek. Dále jsou zmíněny podmínky administrace dotazníku, způsoby vyhodnocování a interpretace výsledků. Hlavním výstupem příspěvku je tedy adaptace zmiňovaného dotazníku pro II. stupeň českých základních škol a také zjištění, že tento dotazník může být vhodným nástrojem (např. pro školní psychology) pro screening vztahů mezi učiteli a žáky. Získané výsledky mohou být podkladem pro práci s případnými nedostatky v oblasti interpersonálního chování učitele a tím mohou přispět i ke zlepšení komunikace a interakce učitel – žák. Stejně tak je dotazník možné využít jako součást diagnostiky klimatu třídy i povahy celkového sociálního prostředí školy.

Abstract (in English)

The paper focuses on the results of standardization Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction for Czech primary school. The questionnaire will serve as a screening method for identifying interaction style primary school teachers. Description standardization preceded by a short summary of the theoretical and methodological premises. The paper also describes the conditions of administration of the questionnaire, methods of evaluation and interpretation of results. The output of the paper is the finding that this questionnaire may be an appropriate tool for the screening of relationships between teachers and pupils. The results can be the basis for working with any deficiencies in the area of teacher interpersonal behavior and thereby may contribute to improve communication and interaction between teachers and pupils. Similarly, the questionnaire can be used as part of a diagnostics of class climate and nature of the overall social environment of the school.
