Abstract

Článek se zabývá volebním úspěchem radikálně pravicové populistické strany Praví Finové, která dostala téměr pětinu hlasů ve finských parlamentních volbách v roce 2011 a stala se druhou nejúspěšnější stranou. Na základě konceptu struktur politických příležitostí je výsledek strany analyzován se zvláštním důrazem kladeným na institucionální kontext (volební systém), identifikaci voličů s politickými stranami, členskou základnu a úroveň konvergence v politickém prostoru, a důležitost imigrace a evropského tématu v politické diskusi.

Abstract (in English)

The paper deals with the electoral success of the radical right-wing populist political party True Finns that obtained almost one fifth of national vote in Finnish parliamentary elections in 2011 and became the second most successful party. On the basis of the theoretical concept the political opportunity structure in Finnish political space is analyzed with special attention paid to the institutional arrangements (the electoral system), identification of voters with political parties, party membership, the level of the convergence of the political space, and to the importance of immigration and European issue in the political discussion.
