Abstract

Příspěvek přináší srovnání vyšetření superpozice pomocí dvou různých metod – pomocí Schoberova testu a na synoptoforu. Superpozice neboli simultánní percepce je jedním ze tří stupňů jednoduchého binokulárního vidění a představuje schopnost vnímat současně sítnicemi obou očí. Dosud byl oběma metodami vyšetřen soubor 17 osob. Každý z testovaných byl oběma metodami vyšetřen třikrát, kvůli opakovatelnosti měření a z výsledků byla následně vypočtena průměrná hodnota. U všech testovaných subjektů byla prokázána superpozice, ve většině případů obě metody odhalily i mírnou heteroforii. Průměrná odchylka naměřená na Schoberově testu činí 1,07 pD (+/- 1,0035pD) esoforie. Průměrný subjektivní úhel udávaný vyšetřovaným na synoptoforu byl 2,5pD (+/- 3,2550pD) esoforie, což odpovídá původnímu předpokladu, že subjektivná úhel bude více kladný než úchylka naměřená na Schoberově testu.Domnívám se, že výsledky na synoptoforu mohou být více kladné z důvodu přítomné proximální konvergence.

Abstract (in English)

This paper presents a comparison of superposition examination by means of two different methods – using Schober‘s test and on a synoptophore. Superposition, or simultaneous perception, is one of three components of basic binocular vision and represents the ability to perceive simultaneously by retinas of both eyes. Each of the test subjects was tested three times using both methods for the purpose of repeatability, and an average value was calculated from the results afterwards. Superposition was diagnosed in all of the test subjects, in most cases both methods also revealed a minor heterophoria. Average deviation measured by Schober’s test was 1,07pD (+/- 1,0035pD) of esophoria. Average subjective angle indicated by synoptophore was 2,5pD (+/- 3,2550pD) of esophoria, which corresponds to the original assumption that the subjective angle will be more positive than the deviation measured by Schober’s test. I believe that the results on synoptophore might be more positive due to present proximal convergence.
