Abstract

L'article présente une comparaison tchéco-québécoise historique de la situation de minoration langagiere qui a fait émerger le 'culte de la langue'. La seconde partie présente les résultats de l'enquete épilinguistique sur les sentiments de précarité langagiere aupres des adolescents québécois de quatre régions différentes.

V první části článku je komparována česká a québecká jazyková situace v historických paralelách. Druhá část článku pak představuje výsledky epilingvistického výzkumu mezi mladými Québečany ze čtyřech různých oblastí, který se týkal pocitu ohrožení a jazykové politiky státu.

Abstract (in English)

In first part of the paper, we aim to compare Czech and Qubec linguistic situation in historical parallels. In the second part, we present the results of epilinguistic research between young Quebecers of four sociolinguistically different regions focusing the sentiment of precarity and federal government language policy.
