Abstract

Publikace pomáhá budoucím a začínajícím středoškolským učitelům hledat odpovědi na otázky, s nimiž je konfrontuje výkon pedagogické profese. V první kapitole popisujeme inovace učitelských studijní ch programů na Přírodovědecké fakultě Masarykovy univerzity. Dále se věnujeme náslechům i výstupům pedagogické praxe v rámci VŠ studia. V kapitole třetí se dělíme o zkušenosti s reflexivní analýzou pedagogické praxe s využitím virtuálních hospitací a videozáznamů pedagogických praxí. Následuje kapitola postřehů vysokoškolských studentů – absolventů pedagogické praxe. Dále se věnujeme začátku profesní dráhy učitele a problematice provozu školy, ale i specifikům učitelství biologie, fyziky, chemie, geografie a matematiky. Přílohy obsahují pozorovací schéma, klasifikační a jiné archy.

Abstract (in English)

: This publication helps to answer the questions that new secondary school teachers may ask themselves when they start practicing their teaching. The first chapter discusses the innovation of syllabuses of Faculty of Science – Masaryk University. We further focus on sitting in on a class and teaching performances within the frame of university studies. In the third chapter we share our experience with reflexive analysis of teaching practice – making use of a virtual sitting in on a class as well as video records of pedagogical practices. Following chapter presents observations of university students – pedagogical practice graduates. We also pay attention to the outset of teaching career and issues in school running; the particularity of biology, physics, chemistry, geography and mathematics teaching. In the appendix you can find an observation scheme, marking sheets for teacher and some more examples of other useful sheets.
