Abstract
There are significant differences between the development of classical software project and a web/mobile-based project. I try to define new project management approach derived from methodology of large software projects. This approach called LAWA – Lean Agile Web Approach – shall be easily applicable on small projects, to IT product developed from scratch, especially startups, but it should be also applicable in an initiative within a large corporation. The design of LAWA is inspired and benefits from Agile Unified Process, SCRUM and LEAN start-up.
