Abstract
The role of caffeine for athletes has been widely studied. Controversy still exists concerning the potential ergogenic benefit of caffeine dose on endurance exercise performance. The aim of our contribution is to evaluace the influence of caffeine ingestion on endurance performance via maximal power output. Results show no significant difference between experimental doses of caffeine. The level of substantive signifikance was assessed using the Cohen’s coefficient effect and was found middle “size of effect”. We didn’t confirmed the influence of caffeine on maximum power output during endurance performance.
