Polský režisér, dramatik a esejista Helmut Kajzar byl během svého života tvůrcem na okraji zájmu. Není divu, jeho dílo je formálně precizní, ale tematicky nejednoznačné a jinotajné, žánrově i stylově nesourodé. Monografie teatrologa Marcina Kościelniaka tyto vlastnosti odhaluje jako přednosti, které jsou až nyní doceňovány.

The polish director, playwright and essayist Helmut Kajzar was during his short career an outsider. His work is formally precise but thematically ambiguous and allegoric, and heterogenous in genre and style. Marcin Kościelniak`s extensive monograph reveals this characteristics as qualities now to be fully appreciated in contemporary art.
