Abstract
The crystal structure of the N terminal domain of delta subunit of RNA polymerase from Bacillus subtilis solved at the resolution of 2.0 A is presented. The X ray structure shows significant differences from the average NMR structure. We systematically investigated the cause of the discrepancies between the NMR and X ray structures, as the pH, presence of metal ions and crystal packing forces.

Krystalova struktura N terminalni domeny delta podjednotky RNA polymerasy z Bacillus subtilis byla vyresena pri rozliseni 2.0 A. Krystalova struktura vykazuje signifikatni odlisnosti od NMR struktury. Systematicky jsme zkoumali pricinu techto nezrovnalosti v strukture na zaklade pH prostredi, pritomnosti kovovych iontu ve strukture a krystalovych sil vyskytujicich se pri tvorbe krystalu.
