Abstract
EPOSS (Data-based Evaluation and Prediction of Outcome in Severe Sepsis) & SEPSIS-Q jsou výzkumné projekty, jejichž cílem je parametrické sledování pacientů s těžkou sepsí, mapování epidemiologické situace těžké sepse v České republice, jakož i hodnocení a zlepšování kvality péče o pacienty léčené pro těžkou sepsi. Technické řešení projektu EPOSS & SEPSIS-Q zahrnovalo v letech 2011-2012 návrh, vývoj a pilotní provoz následujících komponent. 1. Systém pro multicentrický sběr dat - výzkumná databáze EPOSS, 2. Informační portál EPOSS.REGISTRY.CZ s on-line generovanými grafy, 3. Edukační portál WWW.SEPSIS-Q.CZ s komunikačním rozhraním k systému EPOSS, 4. Pokročilý přehrávač klinických scénářů případů těžké sepse. Všechny čtyři komponenty byly sladěny po technické stránce - prostřednictvím společné politiky pro přístup k datům a dále prostřednictvím komunikačních rozhraní.

EPOSS (Data-based Evaluation and Prediction of Outcome in Severe Sepsis) & SEPSIS-Q jsou výzkumné projekty, jejichž cílem je parametrické sledování pacientů s těžkou sepsí, mapování epidemiologické situace těžké sepse v České republice, jakož i hodnocení a zlepšování kvality péče o pacienty léčené pro těžkou sepsi. Technical solution of the projects EPOSS & SEPSIS-Q in 2011-2012 included the design, development and pilot deployment of the following four components. 1. Data acquisition multicentric system - research database EPOSS, 2. Information website eposs.registry.cz with on-line generated graphs, 3. Educational portal www.sepsis-q.cz equipped with a communication interface to the system EPOSS and 4. Advanced interactive player of educational clinical scenarios of severe sepsis cases. A common data access management and communication interfaces were used to mash up the four components into the final ICT infrastructure.
