Abstract

Jednu oblast překážek při pracovním začleňování osob se zdravotním postižením (OZP) představují postoje společnosti, postoje zaměstnavatelů, bariérovost prostředí a nastavení systému. Existují však zaměstnavatelé, kteří jsou ochotni zaměstnávat OZP, ne vždy se jim to však daří. Kapitola představuje výsledky výzkumů zaměřených na názory zaměstnavatelů v Moravskoslezském kraji. Do výzkumů byli zahrnuti zejména zaměstnavatelé, kteří mají vzhledem k počtu zaměstnanců nad 25 povinnost zaměstnávat OZP, jen malému počtu z nich se to však daří. Tato kapitola představí hlavní důvody i další názory zaměstnavatelů.

Abstract (in English)

The attitudes of society and employers, barriers in the environment and system settings belong to the obstacles in the process of employment of people with disabilities. However, there are employers willing to employ persons with disabilities, but they do not always succeed in this process. The chapter introduces results of research focusing on the attitudes of employers in the Moravia-Silesian Region. The research was conducted in particular with those employers, who have the obligation to employ persons with disabilities due to the number of their workers exceeding 25; but only a small number of them succeed. This chapter introduces the main reasons as well as other opinions of employers.
