Kapitola se zabývá narušenou komunikační schopností žáků se zdravotním postižením, kteří žijí v pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb. U cílové skupiny jedinců v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením lze hovořit o diagnóze symptomatických poruch řeči, které jsou nezřídka ve speciálně pedagogické logopedické teorii i praxi opomíjeny. Kapitola se orientuje na poskytování logopedické intervence v zařízeních sociálních služeb a prezentuje údaje získané z realizovaného výzkumného šetření. Sběr dat byl uskutečněn technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Příspěvek je zaměřen na analýzu sociální aplikace komunikace a podněcování komunikačního záměru žáků s mentálním postižením v sociálních službách.

The chapter deals with communication disorders of pupils with disabilities who live in residential settings. The target group of individuals in institutions for persons with disabilities, we can talk about the diagnosis of symptomatic speech disorders, which are often neglected in special education speech therapy theory and practice. This chapter therefore focuses on providing speech therapy in residential settings and presents data obtained from the research. We used the technique of non-standardized questionnaire of own design. The chapter focuses on the analysis of social communication applications and stimulation of communicative intention of pupils with intellectual disabilities in residential care settings.
