Abstract

Text představuje základní úvod do teorie vztahové vazby a dále poukazuje na souvislost mezi ní a psychoterapeutickým procesem. Autoři tak činí za předpokladu, že typ vztahové vazby má v psychoterapeutickém procesu vliv na směr zaměření pozornosti klientů na různá témata, způsob jakým regulují své emoce i na styl jejich komunikace. U každého ze čtyř typů vztahové vazby (jistý typ, vyhýbavý typ, úzkostně vyhýbavý typ a zapletený typ) je načrtnuta základní dynamika jeho vzniku v raném dětství, projevování v dospělosti, a dále je pak na základě analýzy odborné literatury uvedeno, jak se klienti s jednotlivými typy vztahové vazby chovají v rámci psychoterapeutického procesu a jaké jsou v literatuře doporučované intervence při práci s klienty s konkrétními typy vztahové vazby.

Abstract (in English)

Text presents a basic introduction into the concept of attachment, which is then given to the relationship with the psychotherapeutic process, on the assumption that the type of attachment to the psychotherapeutic process influences the direction of the clients focus on different topics, the way they regulate their emotions and on their communication style. For each of the four types of attachment (secure type, fearful-avoidant type, dismissive-avoidant type, preoccupied type) is outlined the basic dynamic of its formation in early childhood and then based on the meta-analysis literature how the clients with different types of attachment behavior behave in the psychotherapeutic process and what are the interventions recommended in the literature when working with clients with specific types of attachment.
