Abstract

V kapitole se věnujeme hip hop dance a streetdance a jejich unikátní soutěžní formě s názvem battle. Shrnujeme dosavadní poznatky hip hopové a street dance kultury. Problematika tanečního battlu nás zajímá z pohledu tanečního souboje, konkrétně pak samotné myšlenky boje při battlu Zaměřujeme se na názory samotných battle tanečníků a zjišťujeme jejich pocity při tanci. Zajímá nás, zda porážka soupeře prostřednictvím tanečního boje je opravdu tím, co tanečník cití.

Abstract (in English)

The chapter deals with hip hop dance and streetdance and their unique competitive form called as a battle. We summarize current knowledge about hip hop and street dance culture. We are interested in the issue of dance battle, particularly dance and combat point of view and idea of battle fighting. We focus on the opinions of the battle dancers at and their feelings through this form of dance. We are interested if defeat of the opponent during dance battle is really his main feeling.
