Abstract

Mezinárodní právo soukromé zaznamenalo v posledních desetiletích zajímavý vývoj. A to na úrovních národních, regionálních i universálních. V aktuální době jsou zajímavé zejména vztahy regionální (díky pravomocem EU( a vztahy universální reprezentované například Haagskou konferencí mezinárodního práva soukromého. Příspěvek se věnoval problematice vzájemného ovlivňování norem z jednotlivých oblastí.
