Abstract
Lecture was divided into 4 parts. First focused on material, territorial, personal and temporal scope of Rome II. After that the relationship to international conventions was discussed. Main part of the lecture dealt with conflict-law rules in Rome II – freedom of choice, general provision and specific provisions. Las part addressed ordre public, overriding mandatory rules and safety rules.
