Im Beitrag werden das Konzept der Lehrerexpertise sowie empirische Zugänge zur Untersuchung von Fachwissen und Fachkönnen erfahrener Lehrer skizziert, den konzeptionellen Rahmen eines derzeit durchgeführten Forschungsprojekts GAP 407/11/0234 vorgestellt und Teilergebnisse eines introspektiven Untersuchungsverfahrens zum tieferen Einblick in die Expertise von Fremdsprachenlehrpersonen präsentiert.

V příspěvku je představen konstrukt expertnosti v učitelství a přístupy ke zkoumání znalostní a dovednostní báze zkušených učitelů, konceptuální rámec výzkumného projektu GAP 407/11/0234 a prezentovány dílčí výsledky introspektivní studie zaměřené na hlubší vhled do expertnosti učitelů cizích jazyků .

The paper presents the concept of teacher expertise and empirical approaches to the study of knowledge and skill of experienced teachers, the conceptual framework of the research project (GAP 407/11/0234) and partial results of an introspective study for deeper insight into the expertise of foreign language teachers.
