Abstract
Abstract (in English)
The result of the research department of civic education in the theory of democracy. How significant is the difference between democracy on sale and ignoring regional, national, or European poll results within the EU? The relation of the passive citizen to the process of the formation of globalized state is not without problems as the state stays on the edge between transnational democracy and authoritative centralized power.
