Abstract

Kontrolní systém Masarykovy univerzity (MU) slouží k řízení externích a interních kontrol na univerzitě. Systém umožňuje plánovat vnitřní kontroly na součástech MU, elektr. schvalovat plány a sledovat jejich realizaci v jednotlivých, periodických i průběžných kontrolách. Mimořádné (int. a ext.) kontroly spravuje Odbor interního auditu rektorátu. U všech se evidují zjištěné nedostatky ve vztahu na sledovaná rizika, finanční postihy, doporučení nápravy a k nim opatření. Výsledek kontroly prochází elektr. schvalováním kontrolorů a dotčených i řídících pracovníků. Z uzavřených kontrol se extrahují obecné informace, které jsou dostupné všem součástem univerzity k nahlížení. Software je součástí informačního systému Inet MU na adrese https://inet.muni.cz .

Abstract (in English)

Masaryk University (MU) inspection system is designed to administer external and internal inspections running at the University. The system provides functions for creating annual plans of internal inspections at individual MU organizational units, electronic approving of the plans, and monitoring the realization of individual periodic and interim inspections. Extraordinary inspections (both internal and external ones) are administered by the Office of the Internal Auditor at the Rector's Office. Problems identified by inspections are recorded in the system, in relation to the monitored risks, financial penalties, and recommendations of improvements. Inspection results undergo electronic approvals by inspectors, concerned employees and responsible managers. From completed inspections, general information is extracted and made available to all parts of the University. This software is a part of information system called Inet MU at https://inet.muni.cz .
