Abstract
In this project we examined a two-point mutant RSL_S15QH60Q. The combined approach enables us to understand the relationship between lectin sequence-structure and its binding properties.

V tomto projektu jsme zkoumali dvoubodový mutant RSL_S15QH60Q. ombinace přístupů nám umožňuje pochopit vztah mezi sekvencí a strukturou lektinu a jeho vazebnými schopnostmi.
