| Práce je zaměřena na popis poškození zárodku stálého zubu, které bylo způsobeno zánětlivými procesy v kosti periapikální oblasti kořene dočasného předchůdce. Záněty v periapikální oblasti dočasných zubů mají výrazný vliv na vývoj a stav stálého chrupu. |

| The aim of this study is the description of tooth germ destruction caused by inflammation in the bone in the region around temporary successor apex. The inflammation in the periodontally area of bone in temporary dentition has a great influence on the development and status of permanent dentition. |
