Originating from what can be regarded as a "productive site", in terms of the number of coins and other metal finds it is on a par with well-known sites in Germany and England. The quantity of the coins amassed to this day is representative to such an extent that we can conceive, on this basis, a fairly clear idea of the monetisation of the south of Moravia in the period from the 10th to the beginning of the 13th century.
