The optimized method was created and used to determine the binding and thermodynamic parameters of BSA-SA. The binding curves obtained by nonlinear regression analysis. Furthermore, the influence of the temperature on the binding constant was examined. Van’t Hoff plots showed a correlation between value of the binding constant and the sign and magnitude of various thermodynamic parameters (ΔG, ΔS, and/or ΔH). ER -
