Příspěvek je zaměřen na otázku, jaké vlastnosti, dovednosti a postoje jsou klíčové pro efektivní činnost lektora tvůrčího psaní a jaké komunikační strategie napomáhají dosažení cílů výuky tvůrčího psaní.

The paper is focused on the question: which characteristic, skills and approaches are the essential ones for the effective work of the creative writing lector and which communication strategies help to achieve the goals of the creative writing lessons.
